Groundhog Day 2017

     1. What is Groundhog day?

      - Groundhog Day is on Febuaury 2nd and is celebrated all over Canada and in the US. On Groundhog Day a Groundhog comes out of its burrow at noon to look for its shadow. If it sunny outside and sees its shadow it will get scared and hurry back into its burrow to sleep, and winter continues for another 6 weeks. If it doesn't see its shadow it stays outside meaning the harsh winter weather is almost over and warm weather is on its way.

     2.  What is Punxsutawney Phil's prediction?
       
           -  Punxsutawney Phil's prediction is that it will be 6 more weeks of winter as he saw his shadow that morning.

    3. What is Wiarton Willies prediction?

         - Wiarton Willies prediction is that its an early spring since the pudgy prognosticators did not see their shadows.
